Knobs are awful and so expensive.

We have a brand new build and we had all knobs of our stove top crack and break off completely. These knobs are so expensive to replace we might as well get a different stovetop all together! This can't be normal, I'm so irritated because every time we have to cook now we only have one -two knobs that work and we have to be so careful to turn o the stove because im afraid the cracks will cause a break in the one we have left.

1 star to the 1st cooktop- 5 star to the second

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st cooktop was installed, and my wife sensitive nose smelled gas. Installer was not able to find or smell the leak. Started cooking and the flame jumped from one burner to the other with a flash and bang.
Frigidaire authorized a replacement, and this one is a 5 star cooktop.
The first one should have been tested better.

Experiencing challenges

The gas cooktop works well. However, if you have to order a replacement knob, it becomes “interesting" as these are incredibly hard to find. Could certainly us some help here as this SHOULD be easy....
