[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] easy to clean, heavy duty cast iron grates. Reviews of lots of other cooktops mention plastic knobs melting (!), but on this one they are metal AND the knob area is slanted back which keeps heat away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the 4 burner Whirlpool gas cooktop that came with my new home that I purchased 3 years ago. It was OK, but I wanted a hotter burner option, more cooking space, etc.. I did a lot of research and would have had no problem spending more, but I chose this one and I'm very happy with it after a couple of months of use. There is a lot of cooking space and many options for fast heating, simmering, etc.. I love the grills are easy to align in the cooktop. I did the install myself and it wasn't very difficult (I'm a DIY kind of guy anyway).

Everything I needed

My Local appliance store came out measured and recommended the Frigidaire 5 burner cooktop .. Eveything went great and I picked up a extra burner which turned out to be a great feature . Cooktop looks great , works perfect and is easy to clean up . Totally happy ..

Excellent Features -- Competitive Cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop competes with other brands at twice the cost. The 5 burner cook surface is large making it convenient to manage several pans simultaneously. Heat level can be precisely controlled with the large, centrally place valves. Clean-up is simplified as the 3 piece grate lifts easily to expose the entire surface of the cooktop, plus the burner caps are dishwasher safe. I'm confident in my recommendation of this cooktop.

5 burner

The power of each burner performs as advertised and is an upgrade to my kitchen. The stainless steel is a perfect match to the Gallery double wall oven I purchased 7 years ago. Two thumbs up Frigidaire.

As a professional chef it is wonderful to have burners with even cooking and being able to boil a pot of water quickly. I would highly recommend this cooktop to anyone looking for a highly efficient great looking gas cooktop.
