[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 4 new Gallery appliances and not a good experience. The refrigerator came first, and it had a defective door bearing. The replacement came and it had a dent in door. Replacement door came it also dented, waiting for another. The microwave had a dim light that was on all the time. New panel ordered and replaced. That didn't work now the lights didn't work inside. Another panel came in and it was dented. the tec removed the board from the dented and installed in one of the other one and that solved the problem. The double oven the racks bind not easy to change shelves. The cook top has a slight scratch but at this point I gave up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Cooktop. It has no pilot light....which I really like! If electricity goes out, I can always like the cooktop with a match. Love the different sizes of the burners!

Experiencing challenges

The gas cooktop works well. However, if you have to order a replacement knob, it becomes “interesting" as these are incredibly hard to find. Could certainly us some help here as this SHOULD be easy....
