Builder installed, a dream to cook with. Coming from an electric GE cooktop this was a definite upgrade to my cooking enjoyment. Easy to clean.

Rinse with clean water and a soft cloth. Use a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner. Hopefully, this helps.
