gas works well but grates are problematic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for about 3-4 weeks, and the gas works really well. I'm very impressed with the various size gas burners. However, when it arrived, one of the cast iron grates (center) was broken right out of the box. I called for a replacement, and the warranty dept was more than happy to oblige. THEN after just about a week's use I noticed the coating on the other grates was easily rubbing off with just a couples of uses. I called back and the warranty dept again happily ordered replacement grates. However we received one of the replacement grates today and it is already broken right out of the box. Clearly there's a product issue with the grates and it needs to be looked in to.
