Max layout for 30 inch cooktop

I got this cooktop 1 month ago. It was very easy to install. The 5 burners are nicely arranged with room to spare. Good quality knobs too.

Easy to access high BTU cooktop

I like control, the 1800 and 1200 BTU are in front. The only negative side is front powerful cooktop takes most of the space, the rear burners are so weak, not enough space to be any useful.

cooktop scratches

I have been using my cooktop for about nine months. My big complaint is that the surface scratches easily and makes cleaning the cooktop impossible without scratching the surface - even granules of salt. Otherwise, I have been pleased with the cooktop especially the fifth burner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great look and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and enjoying cooking on 5 burners with various range. Only one thing we do not like is, spill clean. The way the grill is designed, you have to pick up those heavy metal grills. There is a common plate where spill from any stove will go all over and you have to clean whole dish. I wish the engineers have designed it better considering cleaning part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this cook top for about a month. My wife has been very happy to use it, which I knew mostly due to the reason of faster response compared to our previous electric cook top. Installation was easy. I liked the tilted knob panel. The knob control appeared smooth and efficient. My biggest complain is the distance between the flame and the grid being too much, which I believe wastes quite a bit energy. I would not have any hold-back to recommend this product if without this drawback. Hope Frigidaire will have a lower grid. Also if total 4 grids instead of 2 bigger pieces are equipped, cleaning would be easier. It is pretty warm at the bottom of this cook top during cooking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop replaced my 24 year old Jenn-Air; what an improvement in many ways. This cooks very evenly and is easy to clean. The only negatives: the rubber feet under the grates disintegrated from the heat of the burners, Frigidaire replaced them under warranty with no hassle at all. Also, right around the burners the stainless has slightly discolored in a gold tone. Excellent cooktop for a reasonable price, love having five burners now!
