Love my new cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for almost a month now and love it! Looks sleek. Very easy to control heat and the power boil is so much faster than my previous builder-grade gas cooktop. Has also been so easy to keep clean. It actually feels much bigger than 30'', and I can fit 5 pots if needed. Genius layout. I also love that the knobs are a bit raised. Only improvement would be an indicator light or light under the knobs to show which burners are on.

Very nice upgrade to our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cooktop. We converted from electric to gas. Very hot, lights well and no adjustments were necessary. Only problem was the clamping system below the cooktop to hold it down to the cabinet was poorly designed. I had to use a small spring attached to a screw instead (1/side).

Hard to Clean!

Although I love how the cooktop cooks, the sealed burners have developed a
'Yellow stain' around them. It's only a few months old. I am unable to get this off and am not certain what cleaning product to use that will not damage the surface. I've tried everything I can think of with no luck. It's only a few months old and looks like it's 20 years old already. I did not have this problem with my last cooktop, which was, in fact, 18 years old.

We love this Cooktop

We purchased our Frigidaire Gallery 30'' Gas Cooktop about two months ago. One of the best purchasing decisions we've ever made. It's easy to use, provides clean, consistent and fast cooking flame-heat. Additional bonus, it's so easy to clean. We highly recommend this Cooktop. Can't say enough good things about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Covered in rust after less than a week

We started using our brand new cooktop about a month ago and within days it was covered in rust around every burner. We are very diligent to clean after we cook and have tried all kinds of cleaners to get the rust off and it won’t come off. Very very disappointed to have spent so much on an appliance that now looks terrible in our brand new kitchen.

It is important to use proper cleaners and methods provided in your use and care guide when caring for your cook-top. For the stainless steel, chrome and decorative trim areas, clean with hot, soapy water and a dishcloth. Rinse with clean water and a cloth. Do not use cleaners with high concentrations of chlorides or chlorine. Do not use harsh scrubbing cleaners. Only use kitchen cleaners that are especially made for cleaning stainless steel. Always be sure to rinse the cleaners from the surface as bluish stains may occur during heating that cannot be removed. To clean porcelain enamel, burners grates and burner rings, gently scour with a soapy scouring pad to remove most spots. Rinse with a 1:1 solution of clear water and ammonia. If necessary, cover difficult spots with an ammonia-soaked paper towel for 30 to 40 minutes. Rinse with clean water and
a damp cloth, and then scrub with a soap-filled scouring pad. Rinse and wipe dry
with a clean cloth or paper towel. Remove all cleaners or the porcelain may become

PIECE O FCRAP

I BOUGHT A FRIGIDAIRE STOVE BACK IN 2012 AND HAD TO REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER ONE WELL IT HAS SINCE BROKE AND NOW I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY SAY THEY ARE WORKING ON IT SORRY IT DOESN'T TAKE 3 WEEKS TO GET ME A NEW STOVE THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP ME I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCE AGAIN THEY ACT LIKE THIS IS COMING OUT OF THEIR POCKETS BUT I PAY FOR MY INS. NOT THEM I WANT MY NEW STOVE
