I recently ordered two Premier 5 Drawer Toolboxes. One unit came in perfect condition and the other had a few damage issues. I sent Gladiator an email with a couple of pics and within an hour they responded and scheduled delivery for a replacement unit. I would say this is extraordinary service level.

Drawer slides out by itself.

Drawers slide out by themselves. The bottom drawer will just randomly slide out. Sure the garage has some slope to it but the slider hardware could be designed with more of a stopper. Can someone telle how to fix this??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
