[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop is not a standard size so my counter cutout was an inch bigger causing me a problem to cover that big gap behind. Furthermore, the foam strip that was supposed to go all around the four sides only covered the front side. What a dissapointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited till Thanksgiving was over to write this. Just to see how the unit stood up to the big show. Your cook top done ya proud folks. Pans and pots flying, sauces, cranberries, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, gravy, giblets, breakfast that morning and all sorts of other things going across the top and never one complaint. Then after everything was done the unit cleaned up marvelously, cause I'm a messy cook....
