[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in 2014, as a replacement but never installed it till 2 months ago during renovation. It looks great, should work great too. But new short term tenant told me 3 weeks into using it was cracked and the cracks continued throughout a large area so I had to replace the entire cooktop.
I can’t tell if it was user error or factory defect overheating. So I can’t say more about it. Because it was purchased so long ago, Mfg warranty didn’t cover a review- I ended up replacing with a gas cooktop to avoid future Tenant mishaps.
