I purchased my Frigidaire stove top in September and it was installed in October. I am so pleased with it. I have wanted a smooth stove top for a while.

My first Frigidaire cooktop lasted over 19 years with no repairs! I replaced it with this model about 2 months ago after a remodel and just love the look and convenience of it. Installation was very quick and easy.

tough time cleaning burners

I bought this stove top recently and love how it looks with my new countertops as well. However this is only the first week I am using it. I'm noticing that with just boiling water it leaves black dots which I haven't been able to remove yet. Any suggestions on cleaning products to use?

Good morning, Elisabeth D. I am so excited for your new purchase. The best way to clean the top is to apply a few drops of cooktop cleaning crème directly to the soiled area. Rub the soiled area using a 3M Scotch-Brite Blue Multi-Purpose No Scratch Scrub Sponge, applying pressure as needed. If the soil remains, carefully scrape soil with a metal razor blade scraper, holding scraper at a 30 degree angle to the surface. Remove the loosened soils with cooktop cleaning cream and buff surface clean. If these cleaning tips do not prove to be successful please reconnect with us directly. Kindly,

Frigidaire is the only manufacturer that still makes this size cooktop. I couldn't be happier. It works great and looks great too. Heats up quickly and was extremely easy to install!!
