32-inch Cooktop

It works excellent as expected. Just be sure the rough-in measurements are very precise because there are no accessories to fill any gaps. I had to have a custom flange made to take up a visible gap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop to replace an old Frigdaire coil cooktop and it fit perfect, my counter top was only a few years old and didn't want to replace it. Love the feature that tells you when the cooktop is hot. Cooks great, even distribution of heat.

Works great, Looks great - when clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top is a major improvement to the 35 year old stainless cook top that it replaced. Maybe it is the location in our kitchen but the top is hard to keep looking nice. It is important to use the cleaner that comes with the stove. Even then, you need to work at getting the streaks off the top. Get a cleaning kit (special pads, cleaning fluids & razer blade holder) you will need it. The top is highly reflective and easily show cleaner streaks and spots. On the other hand, the spills and drips don't fall under the burners.
Really even heat, much better than our old external heating element. It really helps to have pots that are not warped. Flat bottoms work much better.
The measurements shown in the installation manual were accurate, so when we installed it in the old hole in our old counter top it fit right in. A couple of screws later and some frustrations with the old electrical installation and it was done. It would have been a snap with a newer countertop and electrical connection.
I would recommend this to a friend!
