Overall it works as good as I hoped it would

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rough start, it took 4 months to get it and when delivered the baking drawer didn’t open. A repair company can put and replaced components that were damaged from the manufacturer. Now that it’s working I like the range and as long as it last 10 plus years without a problem I will be happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My 2nd kitchen aid range in 18 yrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature of the oven is very accurate. My cakes turned out perfect in this oven. 7 oven levels & 3 oven grates (convenient). Warming/baking drawer; 5 burners and it's a beauty! The top is stainless steel instead of ceramic (black) like my previous KitchenAid stainless steel stove. It takes a little bit more time to care for this top.

Sept 30, 2022 - Delivery Date
Oct 20, 2022 - When any one of the stove top burner ignited all stove top burners spark and all continue to spark while burners are on and all continue to spark when all burners are turned off. Needed to cut power to the appliance.
Not even 3 weeks in use
Earliest service call availability Oct 24, 2022.
Completely unacceptable product quality, customer service & response for service technician.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely satisfied with the spacious of with roll out tray and steamer pan. The separate warmer oven beneath the main oven is a new and very good experience in our new range. The new range replaced a Kitchen Aid range that we happily used for 21 years. That is why we bought a new more enhanced Kitchen Aid to replace it and did not consider another brand.
