No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a gallery stove for 26 years , it’s an adjustment. Love the big window in the oven. I wish the small burners were in the front and the knobs feel really cheap. A very frustrating thing is the “ included” griddle was not included and I was asked to put in my credit card and purchase it after going through multiple steps. The display screen is nice.

Poor design feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top control panel is a bad design due to trying to keep stainless clean from spatters and running a soft cloth or paper towel across trips off all the settings which would have been better placed at front of machine instead of at the top.

I bought this product several years ago. The burners have always worked great. It took me several months to realize that the oven did not maintain a steady temperature. I had a repairman out twice and they said there was no problem. The warranty expired. The problem with the oven temperature has only gotten worse. A dish that should take one hour to cook takes 1 1/2 hours. I am very disappointed with it.

Regret purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove has been a disappointment. It burns too hot. The simmer burner is more than a simmer. I don’t care for the two power burners upfront. It’s a chore to keep clean.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking range. The burner pan is easy to clean. Oven less so. Don't like the "water self-clean". Been using it for six months and the top mounted controls are always covered with splatters. The center grill is aluminum! NOT cast iron! Who thought if that!?! It's worthless. The "second" oven is so shallow it barely cooks or warms a full dinner plate! Very disappointed. Oven cooks well and one rack slides nicely. Doubt I'd buy again.
