[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice but it seems to have gone backwards in quality compared to my 15 year old range. This unit doesn't seem as sturdy and feels like they are now using thinner gage sheet metal. The warming drawer feels flimsy and doesn't close smoothly. The ignitor sparks all 5 burners instead of just the one you are lighting. I also find the legend showing which knob controls what burner to be a bit un-intuitive. After 3 months of owning this I am still turning on the back burner when I want the front one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't buy this oven, poor quality and poor service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven does not heat properly, a technician has made three visits to the house and has been unable to correct this issue. Although the oven looks nice its performance has not been good, we attempted prepare a rib roast and could not get the meat to cook properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It rusts... they won't cover it.

Top began to rust after about three months. Made us pay a company to come out and tell us it's not covered with no explanation.

Ok, not amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, I find it’s ok, but the oven does not heat up as fast I thought it would. I also find it takes the front left burner a while to ignite. I had asked for the extra grill plate but I did not receive it. Overall, I thought it would be better for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Learning the Hard Way

I bought this stove on Jan 2, and its feb 17, and we still have no working oven. Right out of the box the oven did not work. Phoned support to exchange a non usable new appliance. Was told, "that is not our policy". They will repair, what in over a month! If I had known that buying American meant "no customer service", I would have bought one of the other offshore brands at 2/3 the price that had more features. Live and learn
