Recommend but note some QC risk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our range about a month. Overall we like its aesthetics and performance. I would prefer both oven racks were completely flat so I could fit large pans/sheets next to each other. The baking drawer didn't close all the way and required a technician to fix - quality control issue

No longevity.

Although this appliance is looks nice it doesn’t work. My oven will not get past 325. We replaced parts and no luck. I wish it was under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tons of Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace older model with a couple of issues. Couldn’t be happier. Has all the same features plus some upgrades. Oven, burners and bottom baking tray work extremely well. Love the griddle accessory and can’t wait to try lower temperature self clean. Many older ovens would heat to over 509 degrees to self clean. This model uses steam and a much lower temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had the range quite a month yet, but so far I have been pleased with it's performance. I would say that the control panel is not very intuitive, but as with any new electronic gear there is a learning curve.

Hard to keep clean!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this range before in black. I had to order a new one due to a move and ordered it in the stainless steel. I absolutely regret my decision. It is awful to clean on the outside! It stains easily and smears. I have done all the recommendations on the website with no results. The cooking and baking is amazing with the stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
