Was great until we had to clean it. Beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved it until a pie cooked over inside the oven 3 weeks after we got it. We performed the Aqualift cycle 3 times but it didn’t help much, so we used the little scraper and sponge we received with our range to try to clean the rest of the spill, but the bottom of the oven is now scratched. So disappointed, especially since we followed the instructions completely. How thin is the coating on this thing?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problem with burner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't really baked in the oven yet but I do have some issues with the gas burners....On one, the markings for H,M,L are wearing off after a couple uses and this particular burner will not adjust to the Low setting (it stops midway between M and L).

Needed service in less than a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked that less than a week after delivery the range showed an error message telling me to call service. Shorted Key was the message. I had to call for service and they replaced the control panel. I have to worry what’s next. I so thought a Kitchensid would last for years. The name Kitchenaid meant quality.

Easy to use and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been to hot to really do much cooking but so far I like the Range, have not used the Baking Drawer yet. Range is eash to use but I do wish the manuel that came with it had more detail to it. Especially when to use the convection oven, etc. Haven't used the grill part yet but had that on another range I had in VA and really liked it. Will come in handing when I have company next month.,

Great stove but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great stove with a couple of areas for improvement. The oven takes longer to preheat than other ovens we have had. The way the grates interlock can make it difficult to lift them out for cleaning. The stainless steel is a little difficult to clean.
