Little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range itself is great. The quality of the grates is disappointing. Discoloured so fast and impossible to clean. Contacted Kitchen Aid and their only response is you need to order new ones at a significant cost. They should take them back and look into the quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven trusting that Kitchenaide’s reputation for quality and style but after using the oven twice, it failed. The service person said it would take 2 weeks for parts to arrive, but with a family wedding just days away, the retailer (who was great) agreed to exchange it. We like the look, the stove is great, we hope that the 1st oven was just a fluke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range over a year ago, although delivery took awhile we're pleased with the purchase to date. Not sure if we'll ever use the baking drawer, it's a long way down there!

Upgraded to New 5 burner KitchenAid 6.5 cu fRange

Just installed last month. Love the aesthetic design. Trouble when initial Bake setting on top control is initiated = do I use the numbers pad to set temp? the Preheat function was running for over 1 hour. Never shows a temperature progression as it preheats?

Range is taking a while to get use to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it’s because it’s new and not broke in yet. Running oven in convection does not seem much different than using straight oven. Burners are not to well on low and can not get support to answer any questions on trim kit. Want to give it a little longer. Have only had it installed maybe 2 weeks

Great features and lots of space, chipping burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven 4 months ago. I love the space in the oven as well as the large viewing window. The baking drawer is ok and probably won't be used very often. My 1 complaint is that the tops on the burners had paint chipping off almost immediately. I was shocked as our last kitchenAid stove was 15 years old and the burners still looked new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had this for 2 months now, just LUV it! Oven bakes evenly, stovetop burners with diff BTU make a big difference using the cooktop! only downside is having to lift the heavy grate to clean underneath. Also,
NOTE: found out the hard way by making several calls to CS that the meat probe/timer that's listed as being included with this model is incorrect or no longer available, or so I was told.
