Good looking easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this range twice. One for a main house and one for a vacation house. It is easy to use, easy to clean and has great features. Love that it comes with a griddle, I started making more bread from scratch because of the proofing drawer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is stunning. I love the five burners, the only downside is how long it takes to come up to temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great appliance. Everything works like it should and there is plenty of power at the front burners. Unable to simmer on either right burner, but I get that -- many are right handed and we'll likely be doing something else on the right burners while simmering or boiling on the left ones.
Can't say we use the middle burner much and the knob can get in the way when trying to hang a kitchen towel on the top oven handle, but we love the continuous grates. We have young kids and the knobs have some features that make it a little harder for them to manipulate, but a little more tension could reduce risk and potentially make some parents more comfortable with this in their house. How much tension could you apply to the first "press" so that it would be tough for kids to use but not adults?
Lower oven is a great feature. We don't use it a ton, but nice to have it for lower temperatures when roasting something else in the main oven, e.g., potatoes at 425 in the main oven and broccoli at 350 in the lower oven. I wish the lower oven were 1/2-1" taller so it could accommodate a cast iron pan to finish meat at 350 when we're roasting at a higher temperature in the main oven, but I'm being picky.
Only other "complaint" is that it's hard to clean the top without scratching. The vinegar and baking soda approach works great, but it's an iterative process that takes a ton of time. Wish there was an easier way to clean it. Additionally, if you don't take off the black burner top, they can easily fall off and scratch the stainless steel. Is that it is.

Nice looking and very functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already had the refrigerator and dishwasher from this set, so when it was time for an oven this was the obvious choice. It looks great and the variety and functionality of the burners is solid. We like having the baking drawer (although right now it's just cookie sheet storage). My only complaints thus far are that the printing on the knobs has begun to wear off in some spots already, and that the stainless steel can be a little hard to keep tidy.

great with one caveat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this several months ago and it's very attractive but I do have two issues with it. First, the front two burners both seem to run very high, even if set on low. The flame in the one with a simmer feature sputters if set on simmer and I always wonder if it's about to turn off. The second issue is that when I clean the display I get all sorts of messages, including one about needing to call an authorized service representative. Sometimes the oven acts like I want to turn it on and keeps asking for the temperature. It all goes away when I stop cleaning so I ignore it.

Special Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this range in October and finally received it a month ago. I love all the features, including the ball bearing roll out shelf. I wish both shelves were this way. We use the griddle everyday and the oven temp is even and regulated perfectly. For the money, this range is a great value. It is made in the USA! I just received a buy back on a GE Monagram which was a nightmare. The only complaint is the location of the control panel. It gets splattered with food and needs to be cleaned each time we use the burners. My husband does not like computers and has difficulty setting the oven and the timer.

Love my new range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had about a month now so I have not used a lot of the features yet. PROs: Having the controls in the front is a lifesaver for me as I am only 5'1" so reaching over kettles is no longer a problem. I also like that I can fit 2 cookie sheets side by side in the oven. I use the convection all the time to speed up dinner. Looking forward to trying the clean function when needed. CONs: The burner grates are 2 interlocking pieces so cleaning the cooktop is kind of a pain. Hard to hold up 2 pieces to clean when you don't have time to wait for them to cool, remove, and then clean surface. Stack burner periodically explodes on lighting, shooting flames out from under kettle. Kitchenaid repairman said this is normal. I also understand why larger burners are both up front as opposed to diagonal like old range. With grates being higher, there is not much clearance between range and OTR microwave. Probably not a problem if you buy the new low profile microwave.
