New stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this stove August 3, 2020. Received it November 2020 but it did not come with the trim kit. Trim kit arrives in December but it does not fit. New one ordered. As of January 14, 2021 still no trim kit. I like the stove and look forward to trying some of the newer features.

Love the range, delivered w/oven drawer misaligned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the range for about 3 months. Love the look, style and cooking range. Regrettably it was delivered with a mis-aligned bottom oven drawer and it still has not been repaired. Yes, Covid has impacted this repair but it should have been built right the first time. To date, we have not been able to use that feature :(

Nice Range, but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving my range so far. The one thing I’m not happy about is the middle, long burner. It is not heating very well. It’s working like a warming element instead of a cooking. I’m loving the roll-out rack in the oven though.

Less than Great Gas Range

Roll out shelf

Surface is peeling off

We bought the range in 2018 and noticed in 2020 the surface on top of the door was peeling off. We contacted Kitchen Aid to be told it's not covered. We believe it's a manufacture defect and it should be taken care. The range is not easy to clean, we tried different suggested products and it leaves marks.

I like the gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, except when oven is lit, it seems loud. Haven’t used it a lot but look forward to in coming months. I wanted upper & lower oven/baking draw, not warming draw. This was the only one like my 12 year old Electrolux range up north.
