Great all around stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our stove delivered one month ago. The stove fits like a glove and has a nice professional looking finish. I like how quickly it heats water on the cooktop and the oven preheat is fast! The oven cooks evenly and in the expected recipe times. The only possible negative is that you cannot lock out the control panel when you are cleaning the glass, that is annoying design engineers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this installed in my new kitchen a month ago, and so far so good! it was an adjustment from an electric stove, but loving the gas stove so far! no problems with the cooktop or oven so far! only weird this is when you go to spark the gas, you can see that all the other elements spark too, but doesn't impact performance.

Great range

Just got the range and was hoping the bottom drawer would replace our toaster oven. It works well but it takes FOREVER to get to temperature. I tested it earlier and it took 10 minutes to heat to 350 degrees. The main oven works great and heats quickly.

Nice looking but some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and I love the stovetop and the oven features; however, I’ve had a lot of problems with the oven holding heat, especially when there are multiple items in there at once. I even had someone come to look at it from the business where I purchased it and they responded with nothing was wrong, it’s just the way it’s made. They even said to turn up my temp 25 degrees for everything, as well as wait until the oven cycles again after it indicates that it’s at temp before putting items in. It’s true when they say that they don’t make them how they used to. Just a little disappointing considering my old oven was 25 years old and I never had a problem with it except it wasn’t stainless

Looks are deceiving

This is my second review on this product. I purchased this oven in September 2017, during a kitchen remodel, so I actually did not have it installed until mid-Nov 2017. I used it for the first time in December for the holidays. I am not a cook. To date, this appliance's main use is the stovetop. The oven and all its features is under used - maybe 20 times and the baking drawer has never been utilized. I noticed little issues at first. Whenever the oven was used, whether using the convection or regular bake oven preheating time seemed way too long. Then I experienced issues with the convection recipe conversion feature within the first year. Now 3 years later I'm waiting for another service call relating to the inability to control the temperature whether in convection or other. I enter in 350 or 400 degrees, it begins preheating, very quickly now to 260 degrees and when you open the oven tremendous heat escapes indicating this oven is more likely at a much higher temp. Now the preheat cycle is quick if not too quick. Not sure what the temp in the oven is. I discovered this latest issue when I attempted to use the oven and my food burned in a short period of time. Made a bit of a mess inside. And now unfortunately, not sure how to clean it. My first review discussed how horrible this low heat self-cleaning feature in this oven is. Way too many consumer complaints regarding this feature and yet Kitchen Aid continues to sell it. Avoid this product. Extreme buyer's remorse here. Can't imagine how a consumer who likes to cook or bake feels about owning this appliance.
