[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 6 weeks ago, and installed 2 weeks later. So far, it has worked well. Burners heat very fast. Oven is big and works better than the Viking range we had previously. The only complaint we have is that the touchpad to work the oven is very sensitive. It's very easy to turn it on just by wiping down the stove. Haven't used the warming tray yet, but I will assume that it will work just as good as the rest of the stove/range features.

Do not buy! It only comes with problems.

We bought this oven in November 2016 and have had nothing but problems with it. 11.5 months in the oven started to turn off if we baked anything over 400 degrees. KitchenAid said it was the electric panel so we had to pay to have it rewired. It worked for a little bit, but it still took the oven a long time to cool off after cooking something on high heat (between 2-3 hour to cool off). Now less than 6 months since paying to re-do our electrical panel, we are having issues with the oven on high temperatures. 375 to bake a cake will cause the oven to shut off and flip the breaker. Broil for 5 min will cause the oven to shut off and flip the breaker. Trying to toast bread will cause the oven to shut off and flip the breaker. Long baking periods will cause the oven to shut off and flip the breaker. This oven is not worth the price. Any appliance that has that many issues in less than two years should just be avoided. There are better options out there so save yourself the hassle.

Breaking my heart

I purchased this range in August 2018 and I thought it was just me trying to get use to using it, but the temperature will NOT stay with what it is set at. Mostly everything I bake/cook is at a 350 oven and whether I use the convection or regular bake the temp will get to the set temp and after I put in the item, the temperature drops and will not rise back to the set temp. for example, I just baked brownies, set at 350, when preheated, I put it in, set the timer for 25 minutes and checked at 20 minutes- did not open the oven door, I shut off oven and immediately turned it back on to bake at 350 and the temperature is at 330...and of course the brownies were not baked. This also happens when I use the convection. I have adjusted my cook temps higher to accommodate this issue, but so disappointed I have to do this.

Worst self cleaning ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older KitchenAid gas stove, and the self cleaning was amazing! With this one, there is no where near enough heat to clean, and we spend more time manual cleaning after the self cleaning. I would never recommend this stove to anyone unless you want to self clean it yourself. Do not understand how KitchenAid can call this a self cleaning range.

Hello MikeSR! We are so sorry to hear that you are displeased with the AquaLift cycle. The AquaLift cycle will have different functionality compared to your previous model; this cycle does reduce the amount of energy used throughout the cycle. This cycle does provide a cleaning assist with the oven by softening any baked-on soils inside the oven for easier wiping of the interior. We apologize to hear this does not meet your expectations of the cleaning technology and appreciate your feedback. If you have any additional questions please send us an email to canadasocial@kitchenaid.com. Please include your best contact number and the reference ID 218005729. Thank you -Cody

Good but a pain to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this range a few months ago. Overall it works very well and looks sharp. My biggest complaint would be trying to keep it clean. The controls are so sensitive that every time I wipe the top down one or both ovens try to start. The top grates are heavy and interlock so it is a pain to try and clean underneath them which needs to happen on a daily basis. The oven cleaning function is supposed to be steam cleaning and you are told not to use any oven cleaners or to put foil down in the bottom of the oven. The steam clean barely works though. I scraped off any excess spilled food and still had to re-scrape and run the steam clean multiple times and never got it completely clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this back in September , I find that the stainless steal scratches too easily. The top burners & and top grate are already discolored (after a month). Besides that I need some more time to get used to the oven controls, but seems to be working as expected. I would like to know if KitchenAid has replacement parts for the burners and grates as the ones with my stove are poor quality.

Good, but not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot to like about this range. It looks impressive, and it is loaded with features - some of which I haven't even tried yet. The one thing I don't care for is the burner arrangement. The high heat burners that you might use unattended, such as when boiling a large pot of water, are in the front, but the smaller burners that you would use when cooking something that requires more attention, like making scrambled eggs, are in the back, and reaching them is awkward and requires leaning in over the cooktop.

Such a pretty range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it just in time for Christmas baking! Cookies are in the oven as I write this. I love how evenly the burners burn - my old range would burn one side of a fry pan and leave the other side semi-fried. The controls are easy and the panel locks so you don't accidentally turn on the oven when you wipe it down. The oven also cooks evenly. Love this baby.
