I love this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time with a convection oven. I've only used the feature twice so far, but I love it. Also, the broiler is a cooks dream. The super burner on the range is a delight. Really looking forward to lots and lots of cooking with this appliance.

Love is an understatement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove to replace a horrible Italian model, if I said I love it, that would be an understatement! The ease of using this stove is ridiculous! No long time wait for it to ignite, no guessing if the oven has stayed lit, it works the way it’s supposed! And the convection feature, well all I can say is- amazing! The warming drawer has been used regularly, AND you can bake in that drawer as well! I can’t say enough good things about this stove. Yes I love this stove!

Never worked properly

Bought this 2 years ago. We reported issues with the unit and had a service agent out to look at it. The convection fan wouldn’t spin and the oven didn’t keep proper temperature. Service agent said he saw it spinning but couldn’t get it to replicate it I front of me. We called kitchen aid to report the problem was not fixed immediately. We had some personal things with our children come up which distracted us from addressing this again. Because too much time has passed they refuse to stand behind the product and address the issues that they were notified of in a timely manner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, terrible oven

Love my new oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this oven for 8 months and I love it. The aqualift is super easy to use and does a great job if you follow the instructions.I love the baking drawer function and the fifth burner really comes in handy. I didn't need a trim kit however the oven fit perfect in my 56year old kitchen with new counters!
Some of the reviews that state that it looks old after a few uses, that is just what a range does, you get marks from use. A dab of vinegar on a good microfiber cloth works wonders for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
