[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When baking at 400+ degrees the range knobs are so hot you can't use them ( the oven vents just below the knobs)...a clear failure in the design ..does this company really think they can get away with this ?? or are they just incompetent?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range recently and enjoy it very much.
HOWEVER! Unlike previous ranges we've had, the burner control knobs on this are far too easily activated by merely leaning against it and reaching above to a cabinet (inadvertently turning the knob). Even if cleaning with a gentle wipe, the knobs can be turned, opening the gas valve. The control knob will not ignite the burner if knob turns quickly past the igniter, yet gas will continue unabated, which we had recently discovered by the gas odor several minutes later. Hopefully a correction can soon be made available to avoid any mishaps.

I love the slide in, the look is sleek. The burners are amazing and water boils in no time. The grates are awesome as the cover the entire surface. Love the griddle option too. The oven is amazing. I love the convection feature. The warming drawer is the best and comes in so handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this oven and was excited to have my first double oven. I had the first oven replaced because the bottom baking drawer didn't seem to cook the food as directed and I am having the same issue again! Vegetables that normally cook at 425 in my regular oven for 15 minutes I had to cook at 450 in the baking drawer for 35 minutes and they were still a bit hard. The directions indicate that the baking drawer is great for frozen foods but I don't really do much frozen food and was not told this at purchase time. Also you can not bake anything taller than 2 ½ inches in the baking drawer or it won't close. I am contemplating a return for the utility drawer.
