First use and Oven does not work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All new appliances were delivered and installed on 7/14/16. So far I'm little worried and NOT happy! I convinced my wife going with Kitchenaid was the better choice over a Korean product! So far, KA is proving me wrong and I hope I'm wrong! On 7/20, we tried the oven for the first time and all it does is sit on preheat- Oven does not work and it did NOT come with wireless probe as advertised. Calling salesman for solution, the last thing we expected after spending $2k plus for this range and $7kish for all the appliances is a bum oven and missing accessories! I'm hoping Whirlpool will do right by us or the entire Kitchen-aid set (micro, fridge, dishwasher and range) will be returned, for a Korean product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range is fantastic. It was installed less than a month ago, so we haven't had a chance to use the baking drawer yet, but we are looking forward to the experience. Beats the heck out of previous DCS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven has been nothing but trouble. Tempered glass schattered all over brand new kitchen and son heard it so crawled over and cut knee. Control panel quit working and had to be replaced. Now cooling fan keeps throwing a error code. Takes a week each time and seem the tech has wrong part each time even tough they have model and serial number. Matching microwave failed as well, door had to be replaced. I am disappointed to say the least. Kit henaid has fixed it each time but it is getting to the point that I am wanting a replacement since all the problems. I would not purchase again and would have went with a different manufacturer but bought all matching kitchenaid. Hope if there are anymore problems that they will make it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen last month and changed from an electric cooktop to this gas range. WOW what a change. I do most of the cooking. I'm in heaven with the new range. I use the grill a lot. The ability to control the heat precisely is a huge step in putting out better meals. It is relatively an easy clean-up even with using the grill as much as I do. This was one of the best upgrades to our kitchen and quality of life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the oven for 2 months now. I really enjoy the large oven space and large window. The burners however are not as wonderful as I would like. The 2 grates on top allow a nice even cook top but I find it also is a bit awkward to clean. The grates are also a bit high and don't allow a good contact hight for roasting vegetables.
I do like the steam tray and use it regularly when I bake bread. However when I pour water into the tray I am concerned for the oven glass when the oven is hot.
I have found the oven timer controls to be annoying.
The baking drawer does not seem to have a good closed seal. For this reason I have not tried it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gas range in August and got it on my place in September 12, 2015. The baking drawer didn't close properly and I called KitchenAid, they sent a technician on Sept 13 which review it and said that the drawer is crooked. I'm still waiting for the replacement. The baking drawer will be my main oven, more than the oven itself and I'm not be able to use it yet. I can't comment more as I didn't try the oven yet. Excellent customer service is a MUST and after paying close to CAD$ 3,000 for a gas range you expect an excellent product at least any issue solve promptly, this is not the case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gas top stove heats quickly, controls easy to use and clean up is extreme easy. The oven cooks evenly. Love the lower oven baking feature.
