Missing thermometer, no response from Kitchen Aid

We just renovated our kitchen and bought all new Kitchen Aid appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and this oven. The features are great, however the oven needed an increased temp offset as it seemed to run cool. Also most disappointing is the missing thermometer. We informed our sales rep where we purchased the oven and even he hasn't had any response from Kitchen Aid about this. Very disappointed this company; A: doesn't include the accessories advertised and; B: doesn't respond to the stores that sell their products. Too bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because of the look and ratings of the model. Really modernized my kitchen; upgrading from a basic contractor grade gas stove. So far I love this new Stove. Have baked in it and temperature holds as set very easy to use. Noticed several reviews that said it was easy to hit and turn on without meaning too. We are an adult household and I have not noticed this challenge. Would highly recommend.

Beware of Aqualift Cleaning Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so disappointed when I went to do my first oven cleaning with the new "Aqualift" technology. Thinking , "well maybe a 2nd cycle will do the job" I attempted again. As you can see by the attached photo, the results were dismal. Only after my own experience did I look at other owner reviews with the same problem. How this company can get away with marketing a cleaning function that does not work is beyond me. I see there are attempts for a class action suit on the Aqualift feature. If I can find one... I'm all in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning about my new range and haven't used all the features yet. I am pleased with the power of the stove top burners. I also have had much success with baking both with the convection and regular settings. I am still trying to figure out the timer when cooking multiple batches/at differing temps...probably will need to chat with some technical support on that. This range is a gem and fun to cook on. After my sluggish 13 yr old range, I have to be more vigilant about attending to the stove since the BTU's of this beast are kickin'. I have yet to need the Aqualift feature (I haven't gotten it soiled yet), steam baking tray, or the baking drawer, but will definitely enjoy using this range every day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second KitchenAid range. The controls for the oven and warming draw being on top is a great improvement over our old range. The only complaint that I have, is with your Quality Assurance people. When our range was unboxed, the KitchenAid name plate on the oven door was noticeably crooked. A visable defect of this nature, leads one to wonder what is hidden.
