Poor quality accessories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the oven for a few weeks, so I'm reserving judgment on the oven, itself, until I've used it more. I'm very disconcerted about the accessories, however, and hope my experience with them is not indicative of what to expect from the oven. Surprised that no broiler pan was included with my original purchase, I ordered the premier broiler pan with roasting rack accessory. It is not an inexpensive item, so I was surprised when the rack came damaged: one of the metal rods comprising the rack was completely unattached at one end. I was very disappointed when the replacement came damaged in exactly the same way. I called for yet another replacement and this, too, arrived in the same inferior condition. It's clear that a bad batch was made and that they continue to pull replacements from the same bad batch. Obviously, no one is inspecting the units before they are sent out.
It's bad enough to see this occurring with 1 accessory, but I'm having the very same experience with the steam bake reservoir that comes with the oven. One corner of the reservoir has a damaged finish: it is rough, peeling & irregular. I was inadvertently sent 2 replacements and BOTH came damaged in exactly the same way. Now I'm beginning to doubt I'll ever get replacements in perfect condition.This should NOT be happening with a supposedly top-quality range! I very much hope this isn't the standard used for the range itself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Kitchenaide gas range before which I loved, but this one is so much better. It looks great is quicker to cook and so much easier to clean. They have thought of everything to assist in keeeping the range looking great, being able to remove all parts of the burners and clean under them is a bonus. I would highly recommend this range to everyone.

It was saying that there was a fan failure, however the digital panel half of numbers are not working on that also. It took them over two months to change the fan and then another three weeks to replace the digital section on the top of the stove which is ridiculous.

The oven cooks evenly and has lots of options. I used my sisters electric cook top a month ago, and was amazed at how slow it was to heat up and to heat through. I love my range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove and had it installed December 2015. I am. Dry happy with the features. I am not so impressed about the quality. While rearranging the oven racks this past week a piece of the blue oven finish flaked off where the rack slides in. I was not man handling the rack. In all my years I have never had any of oven finishes flake off.
