[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my new home. I have never had a gas oven only a gas range. The oven takes a while to heat up. When I used the drawer my cookies never cooked and I used it during Thanksgiving. The whole oven shut down with crazy symbols. So I put the casserole in the microwave and turned the oven back on which then worked fine.(The drawer is more for warming than cooking.Which is fine for me.) I really like the griddle which works great on the right 2 burners. Also the timer setting is tricky. If you don't press it correctly it will turn off the whole oven. Over all I am happy I just don't expect it to be fancy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are thrilled with our new range....we love the 5th burner....we only like gas (we actually have propane) the set up is really great, the container for water for steam baking is an added bonus....the dual action with the broiler is pretty cool!!
the only issue we have, which has nothing to do with this product is that we are cooks and not always as careful as possible so we get scratches....we will take any recommendations on getting rid of them!! Also, i haven't needed the baking drawer yet, but i know i will at the next family event, so we look forward to that experience. I just have to laugh when my husband says, honey, I am so pleased with the appliances you bought, they are really great... i can breathe a sigh of relief that he isn't upset about the $ because he sees the value!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the large burners being on the front. Having a fifth burner is great. The steam bake only had preset temp which disappointed me. I bought this to bake bread and my usual temp for it is well above the preset.
Also the unit came scratched and we had to ask our retailer to fix it. Still waiting to see if that will work out

The burners are great and the oven looks good with other stainless steel appliances. However, have used the oven only 4-5 times and during this holiday season the oven gave me an error code about the heat sensor followed all the steps to reset but no change both ovens are not working. So far the customer service is not been super helpful. This is an expensive oven (at least for us). So disappointing to have this happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product during a kitchen remodel and regret the decision. During my research, others warned of performance and quality issues. I went ahead with the purchase anyway because the company I did my remodel through had limited options. I'm on my THIRD service call in 2 months and during the last call they told me they needed to replace all the electronics and sensors. The oven stopped working on Super Bowl Sunday with 15 guests over. I've tried to get a replacement, but as the kitchenaid representative told me, "there is no lemon law with appliances". The fact they knew this and threw it out immediately should indicate to anyone that they are accustomed to receiving these types of call. Poor quailty, poor service and would not recommend.

Only one burner has a simmer setting. It would be nice to have more than one. Have not used the steamer rack or the baking drawer. Love the convection oven!
