This is horrible! Five months old and stopped working!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven in January. I have only used it about 5 times (I live alone). It stopped working over the weekend. Low Cooling Fan Speed error message. Good luck trying to set a service appointment!! Was scheduled for tomorrow afternoon and they just called and said it's tomorrow morning. I said I can't do tomorrow morning so they are giving me such a hard time rescheduling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very easy to use. Love the gliding racks. It is only 3 months since I purchased the range but I baked pies and breads came out great. I have used the convection option works very good. I have not used the bottom oven yet for baking, but I am sure I won't be disappointed . I have used the bottom for warming and that worked great. The stove top burners work really well, especially the simmer. This model came with the grill which I use all the time Great for pancakes. Love the 5 burners.

Light in oven is in a poor location to show items on multiple racks. Items on left side of rack cook unevenly to ones on right side(yes, range is level). "waiting for diagnostics" to order parts.

Or previous one was fine but looked a little dated and didn't have the lower oven or the 5 burners. It's amazing they could fit everything in and make it look so great. I especially love how easy the oven controls are.

Although the heat from it is intense.. maybe too much so that it has affected my cabinets and when using burners the fan on is a must..but i still love the look the cooking drawer the convection is amazing the overall cooking features ❤
