Completely impossible to clean. Self cleaning doesn’t work-this is a problem with all models that they don’t reveal! There is no such thing as steam cleaning without a high heat cleaning process. Secondly the burners don’t ignite consistently. I’ve had service twice and I’m hearing this is another terrible quality issue I cannot recommend this. I replaced a 17 year old GE dual fuel oven for this and regret it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convection/cooking fan

Although the range was purchased approximately 3 1/2 years ago, usage has been minimal. That being said there has been a grinding noise which I attributed to the fan not turning while in convection mode beginning within 2 years of very limited service. Now, this noise happens on basic bake as well.
This range was part of a full Kitchen Aid appliance suite, now I have to find a trustworthy repair service to resolve the issue.
