Garbage, chrome coming off racks.

Bought 4 years ago, takes forever to heat up, also the chrome is coming off the racks. Tried to call customer service and chat , could not get to anyone in warranty department. They kept transferring me to buy parts and not one person could answer my warranty question, after 45 minutes of transferring and being on hold I hung up. Also the burner stainless steel scratches easy, poor quality for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

paint peels after having it a year

Paint started peeling on oven door after having it just over a year. Customer service says its cosmetic and won't do anything about it. I wonder if paint chips get in our food if then they'd care...hopefully doesn't make anyone sick..

Love this range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the gas range for 1 month now. Never cooked with gas before. I love it ! The range is very accurate with cooking speed any times. Love that baking drawer and also love that larger gas eye that boils water quickly.

KitchenAid gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love cooking both in and on my new stove. My old stove never stayed at a constant heat but this one is wonderful!
The only issue I have is with how sensitive the touch controls are. I need to keep it “locked” whenever I’m not using it because if someone touches it they can accidentally turn the oven on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with this range. I love the griddle and the oven temperature is spot on. Only complaint with it so far is the simmer function on the left front burner. I’m having trouble with it going out. At least I smell the gas quickly and I’m able to turn it off. I’m looking at getting a simmer plate to see if that works on the low flame for simmering.

Great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoying my new range Nice addition is the bottom drawers to cook or warm in. Gas stove is excellent. I wish the griddle/middle burner could reach a higher temperature.
