After looking at several different ice makers, looking for the right type of ice, I found this KitchenAid. The cubes are thin squares, that are not super hard, not so soft they melt instantly, but just the right type. The maker works great and produces ice constantly. Melting the old ice and bringing in new. It's fairly quiet and looks very professional.
