Stopped making ice after 24 hours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The repairman said the computer board and compressor were shot. Just 1 week old! Waiting for a replacement ice maker
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome ice machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new ice machine. We had KitchenAid before and it was great so when it went out, we replaced it with the upgraded one. It makes great ice and is very efficient and low maintenance. We are very pleased to have one again.

Drain pump?

Model: KUID308ESS Plugged in water line and drain line and drain line is two ft to sink next to it like last one but full of water. Not draining. 600 pump needed for it to work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
