My only con: is wished they supplied a longer Drain hose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this machine in about 6 weeks now, after struggling with our original purchase of a Uline ice maker that never worked despite 5 service calls in 2 months.
As we struggled to get the first machine working, many people told us how problematic ice machines were, and that they were excessively noisy. We are very happy to say this machine produces great ice and the machine is not noisy at all. We have a large open concept living area & kitchen combined.
I highly recommend this product.
