Good Luck Cleaning this oven!

Stove works and looks great. There is literally no cleaning system built in. There is a feature called Aqua Clean which is a joke. It does absolutely nothing. What ever happened to the self clean feature. That did clean the oven. we spent a lot of money on this stove and I am very disappointed due to the lack of cleaning ability. There should be a re-call on this product to rectify this problem. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your Aqualift® Cleaning Cycle. The Aqualift® technology is an alternative for customers that don't want to be concerned with chemicals or smell. It's designed to lift stains from the Oven and the customer can wipe them away rather than having them burned off. The steam created while using this cycle is meant to help release backed on foods, but some elbow grease may still be required. For especially stubborn areas, you want to saturate the area with a Dawn Dish Soap and water solution and let it sit for up to 30 minutes. This may help get the grease adhered to the cooking surface off. We appreciate your feedback and we will be sure to document your comments in the appropriate manner.

Nice oven

Overall good but...

Like this unit BUT: Bezel around knobs are affixed with a sticker and 3 of the five I've had to super glue back on. Knobs should be evenly spaced. Included griddle is much too narrow...should be 11" wide and gutters too small and hard to clean. Burner position indicators above knobs too small. Preheat kinda slow.

Love my new oven & 5 burner range

I love having 5 areas to cook on my new stove. However. I never got a book or anything to help me figure out how to use the oven & convection features. Was there supposed to be books with it? Same thing with my new kitchen aid microwave & convection unit. No cookbooks or any helpful info on how to use the features. I just have to wing it. Help.

Very nice design but burner tops fall off

I bought this range about a year ago and noticed right away that the top left burner (smallest burner) keeps falling off. I haven’t had time to write a review until now. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this? I’m also wondering if I got the wrong burner top because if you look at the images I’ve provided it’s the only burner top that doesn’t “sink in”. Can a kitchenaid person verify I have the correct burner top?
