Best decision ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this gas range 2 weeks go and have used it every day trying different recipes. From savoury dishes to baking, this range does it all! I recommend this range.

Some Problems

1) On our new range we are unable to broil as the range crashes after about 10 minutes of starting "broil."
2) One of the burners if turned to the lowest temperature goes out completely.
Possibly these issues are due to improper installation and can be remedied by a service call, but that is unknown at this time.

Pretty and works well, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is nearly a 5 star range. It's a great shape and the black stainless is beautiful, love the burners and the heavy grates, lots of oven space. Someone in another review said it gets too hot, not something I have noticed after using a few times; the upper cabinets and range hood get warm to the touch when it's above 400°.
Why not 5 stars? The black stainless scratches. Things that have scratched my less than a month old appliances: The bottom of a baking pan. My father in law using his finger to rub off a bit of food. My father using a cotton napkin to rub at a smudge. The delivery and installation. The plastic button on my shirt when I leaned against it.
Honestly, don't get these if you are going to stress about the scratches or have kids, get the regular stainless instead.
