Fabulous range!

Oven heats up quickly for gas, but clock faces up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a gas range in the past (it was convection as well), but it didn't preheat very quickly and seemed to take longer than recipes called for to bake items. The oven heats up just about as quickly as an electric oven. The convection feature works great and bakes items very evenly. The gas cook top is wonderful and the burners are easily adjustable with the high quality feeling knobs/gas valves. One nit-picky thing is that we wish the clock/controls were on the front panel versus being on top of the front panel.

Love the slow simmer function!

I love using the multi size burners along with the convection oven. The heat is equally distributed and works very well. We get tons of compliments and find the design solid for any use--personal or commercial.

Cooking in a farm kitchen
