Repairs needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit in June and have had the repair person out twice. The last time it broke was the Friday before Thanksgiving and they were not able to repair it. So angry. Could not host Thanksgiving or make special dinners for my kids that were home from college.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my Kitchen Aid Range for about a month and I love it. I especially love the glass panel touch feature. No more dented in buttons that are “pushed in.” Also, the true convection works great; I no longer need to use my electric convection oven in the basement to bake. The one thing I do not like is the timer only beeps once every 30 seconds when the time is up. If I’m out of the room, I don’t hear it.
