I have to admit I was a little nervous going from electric to natural gas. I have been cooking on electric for the past 42 years. This leap of faith was not going to be easy. When I jumped, I took a trusted friend with me, "Kitchen Aid". I love my 30 inch, 5 burner gas slide in convection range!! It is so versatile. I compete in many baking contests and went over the top this year. When it came time to can...It was a solid 5 star experience. My family enjoys using it too. Glad I remained with Kitchen Aid instead of falling for the hype of the newest lemon. Happy wife, happy life.
