Do Not Purchase

This new range (worked for 10 weeks)has now been out of service for 7 weeks!
It is costing me money to have a non functioning range in my home, due to changes in meal plans and dinners ordered in.
When will you just replace this range?
I am now in believably angry and your apologetic responses are not helping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Working good, but quality is lacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than a year after we purchased our stove the "stickers" that were taped onto the knobs started peeling off. That's right, stickers on the knobs. Totally unacceptable for the price you.pay for a KitchenAid product. Finding replacement knobs is also completely unavailable. The dealer was able to get us one replacement knob after a couple months of waiting, but by then two more knob stickers started peeling off! Also, the timer only beeps once so if you miss it it beeps again, only once, after about another minute. Would not recommend this product. Very dissappointed.

It’s has sleek professional look that can upgrade any kitchen! We love the big knobs and the touch screen on too. The awesome three racks come in handy. We love the big see through and with the oven light on, it makes it so easy to take a peep on things cooking in there! Love it!!

Beautiful and great cooking range

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are realizing we made a mistake buying this model of gas stove from kitchen aid. Builder gave us only a couple of options. The knobs are so finicky that they almost get turned on by the gentle nudge so if you accidentally bump it while cleaning around the stove or do something on opposite side to the stove the gas will flow. Couple of times we could have had a major accident. Poor safety feature.

What A Disappointment!!!

This was not my first KitchenAid purchase. I own a built in refrigerator and several small appliances. I have had no complaints until now. I purchased this range 5 months ago and knew it was a mistake from the first week of use. It has been a huge disappointment. I so wish I could go back and change my order to a better option. The stovetop has its issues with both high capacity burners in the front and the flame level being too high. I have overcooked food and burnt pans due to the flame level even on the low capacity burners at the lowest setting. But it's the oven that is the bigger issue. It is extremely difficult to get the oven to the desired temperature and maintain it at a consistent level. Even at a setting of 350 degrees, the oven does not get to that temperature but can get close with upwards of 30 minutes of preheating. If you open the door during baking to turn a pan, the temperature drops significantly within a very short amount of time. It then takes additional time to get the temperature back up to the desired level making the cooking time difficult to predict and manage. I have ruined many baked goods and have resorted to using my air fryer to bake things like chicken cutlets as I am concerned that the meat will not cook properly. Buyer beware of this unit and do your homework! I am extremely disappointed with this unit and so wish I could return it and start all over again. :(

Bought this expensive stove with convection oven and the convection oven doesnt work at all. I’ve had service 3 times and it still not fixed. Put the temperature on 375 and it take 45 minutes to reach 375 and then the temperature keeps dropping until it gets to 255. Service man coming yet again next week. I would not buy this product!! It is a real lemon!!!!!!
