This new addition to my home was welcomed about two months ago. It has proven to be everything that I had hoped and perhaps even more. I can bake four loaves of bread without any problems and preparing a meal for company is easier with the additional cooking surface.

As I have only had my new range for a week, I have not fully used it yet, but so far I really like it. I replaced a 18 year old whirlpool which did work okay, but was extremely dated looking (controls on a high back, etc). This new range makes my kitchen come alive again, and looks extremely stylish, I have white to match my other appliances. The burners are super powerful and even, and it heated up a large pot of water in no time. I would love recommendations about how to clean the top -- I guess I have to take the large grates off each time? Or get a narrow sponge to fit in them for small spills? I thought the range was going to come with the griddle (that is how the one in the showroom came) so I was kind of dissapointed that it wan't included, so I ordered one from whirpool. This range is honestly as nice looking as the wolf that I was looking at, but half the price!

I am not happy with this. So much is wrong with the appliance. The tech came in with a request to service the range and he noted all the parts that needed replacing. I was informed by the Mr. Appliance rep that the needed items were on back order and there is no telling when they will be available for the repairs. Can you help solve this problem?

Purchased 2 weeks ago and could not be happier. Switched from a stand alone gas range, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I love the convection option for baking which when on, has the quietest fan I've ever heard. Having a ceramic cook top, but with stainless on the front is easier to maintain (vs. all stainless) and looks amazing. The cast iron grates are indestructible (vs. ceramic coated). Storage drawer very handy and glides smoothly. I love all the features! They thought of everything!
