Aqualift Clean Technology doesn't work

I absolutely love my range for cooking! But when it comes to the self clean feature, it is awful. As an avid cook, I use my range everyday. I have always had a great experience with Kitchenaid appliances. That is why I purchased them again. The point of self clean, as in your past appliances, is to minimally clean up after it is used. Extremely disappointed, especially considering this is one of your higher end appliances!!! I wish I would have noticed that lots of reviews say the same thing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 4 appliances, less than 1 week after installation the range and microwave quit working, and refrigerator has a large crack in a shelf. Expecting the dishwasher to fail any moment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slide in range is fantastic! Love the black porcelain top that accentuates the stainless body, and it's so easy to keep clean without leaving marks! The oven heats evenly and we love the roll-out rack! A must buy!

Love It.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well built and have had NO issues. Really like that the range comes with burners that have a "high/Low" for both cooking and just simmering. Our old gas stove on low continued to cook the food, where this one allows us to set the flame to just keep the food warm.

Better than my old commercial range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed after Thanksgiving. Had to wait 6 months for the delivery; crazy year, but well worth the wait. Very even and controlled heating on the cook top and the oven, with large window and dual interior lights, is like watching a live action cooking show. So cool!
