Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this range for just over a month....we have had to have a repair company already and they have to replace the inside bottom panel in the oven because of pitting and the panel around the burners because of finish coming off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the range to replace an older (25 years) gas range. Very pleased with the product, Everything is working well. Would have preferred two simmer burners and not just one of the five.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks good if you don’t use it

This is poor quality I’ve had mine for 2 years and the knobs fish is flaking off. I bought the extended warranty and they don’t cover cosmetics. This range is below a cheap Frigidaire which I think is better quality. Shame on you for ruining this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beware poorly made.

Very disappointed in this stove. Have had it for 3 months. Does not feel sturdy at all. Just feels cheaply made. When I use the convection oven you hear it re- igniting all the time and the heat is not consistent. Things are supposed to cook faster and evenly with convection but not this model. Stuck with poorly made stove.

Great Features

Especially like the fact that all the range information is flat, facing up so that I don't have to bend over to see it,all of which is very inconvenient for a person of 6'-2". This is the ONLY range that is nade this way....thank you for that, it was genius. I also did not want a center griddle, of which again, this was about the only range that did not have that stupid feature.

Poor oven heating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven takes an eternity to reach temperature. Once it does it doesn't maintain that temperature with any consistency unless run in convection mode all the time.
