[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove did not keep correct temp. Three separate service calls did not fix the problem. Stove was replaced and the second stove has the same issue. Store manager is looking into this. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a great stove

I have had this stove for 2 years. The baking convection aspect is stupid. You have to enter a time for how long you are going to bake for. When I have made cookies, the convection aspect only works for the first batch, then it doesn’t reheat. I have given up on using convection for baking.
The self cleaning oven is a joke, unless you run the clean cycle after every single time you use the oven, which I do not. Most of my friends do not, either. Today I am on my 4th time of running the self cleaning oven and it still isn’t working well.
As soon as my husband stays that we can swing it financially, I am ditching this appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new home and this was the range that was installed by the builder. Our only complaint is the oven doesn't get to the correct temperature when the indicator sounds to tell us it is to the correct setting. Example=We set for 350 F and the indicator sounds but the temperature is only 300 F and takes another 10 minutes to reach the correct temperature. I have tried using the calibration feature which seemed to help with cooking the product properly, but the oven still sounds the notification it's to temperature, but still takes another 10 minutes to reach the correct temperature.

Oven control panel went blank and when it worked temperature was very inconsistent, I don't recommend it if you have options look somewhere else

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this range and the way it looks. It cooks so much better than my previous range. It seems to cook evenly. I’ve only used the convection part a couple times but it’s pretty awesome. The only thing I’m having to get used to, is the clock as it’s on top of the range where you have to physically look at it on top. I was used to my other one being on the back. Now I just need to put a clock in my kitchen to look at without having to go to the stove! Minor inconvenience!

Excellent Gas Oven

We purchased this gas range 6 years ago. It is used every day and we especially like the Aqua Lift Self Clean feature. So much better than using messy, harsh chemicals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love this range. I feel like a gourmet chef when using it. It heats up my pans so fast and gets really nice and hot for searing. So far it’s been easy to clean. This is my first time using gas and now I know why everyone raves about it. I do wish the stove top burners had more than one burner with the simmer feature but overall I really like this range and look forward to using it for many years.
