Great look and control panel location works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this beauty installed for about 2 months - it is beautiful and I love how it looks...seems to take a little longer baking items, but that's just the learning curve. Would highly recommend - especially love that the control panel is not in the back...it looks great and it may be a little pain to keep the current panel clean( only due to location at front), but no different than cleaning the back-places control panel if there are splashes of oil, etc. LOVE IT

Not Good

Range was installed in June. It looks great and the burners work well, but the oven is essentially non-functional. If you set bake to 500 degrees it will claim to have reached temperature when a manual thermometer indicates the temperature is only about 300 degrees. If you leave it running at 500 for an hour, the temperature seems to max out somewhere around 375 degrees. Baking anything is incredibly difficult and takes a very, very long time.

oven does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the oven once and it hasn't worked since. The spark/ignition system does not work so the oven doesn't work. Service technician came out and could not get it working. He is scheduled to come back and replace the electronic "brain" for the oven. Would prefer to rate the stove as zero stars for nonfunctioning but not an option. Range works fine.

Horrible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month the starter for the oven clicks non stop. So far I’ve had two of our new kitchen aid / whirlpool appliances be garbage. Recommend to get other producers. Will never buy this brand again

Really disappointed. Don’t recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn’t work correctly from the start and instead of replacing it they want to try and replace parts. Said they won’t exchange it because we used it. Told them thats the only way to verify it didn’t work. Very rude customer service

Oven wouldn’t heat on first use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried to use my new oven it wouldn’t heat. I had to get it repaired. Two appointments. One to have a tech figure out the problem. Needed a new board which had to be ordered so 2 more weeks to get it fixed. Unreal. Won’t ever buy a kitchenaid appliance again.

Poor quality

Not very happy with this appliance. From the start, the one side of the gas broiler doesn't light most of the time and I have to manually light it. Now I'm realizing the gasket on the door or the door has something wrong with it - as the amount of heat escaping is causing our cabinets to be ruined. Wondering if it's also a fire hazard....
