[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really dislike this range. The control panel arrived with scratches and a small dent. The grates are very heavy to remove for cleaning the stovetop. The lowest level possible for simmering is still too hot. The oven smells of gas when I use it and causes me to have a headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice. But…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this range for 6 weeks. I’m still adjusting to a gas stove top but I love the ease of cleanup. The oven- not so much. I’ve never had a gas oven and things weren’t cooking like they should. I bought an oven thermometer to check and it’s about 50-75 degrees cooler than the stove tells me it is. Right now I’m not that pleased with my beautiful stove. Will be calling Kitchen Aid to adjust the oven.

Worst range ever

This is the worst range I have ever owned. I replaced a 10 year old Jennair range that I miss every day. I have several issues: 1. The oven temperature is off by around 30 degrees. I have tried to "recalibrate" but it doesn't help. 2. The flames on the burners are too hot, even on lowest settings. Simmer is impossible. 3. The self-clean function for the oven is a joke. Does not even come close to cleaning. Not even close. Would never recommend or buy again.

Worst stove ever owned. Serious chef.

If you want to boil water for mac and cheese, this is the stove for you. If you care about precise settings on the cooktop for a variety of chef needs, dont. If you care about getting your thanksgiving turkey cooked on time and evenly, look elsewhere. This is the worst stove I have ever owned. Wont hold tempature. Takes forever to preheat. Range top burners are all blast furnace setting. Don't expect slow simmering, even on cast iron pots. You have to watch food closely or else it burns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we have enjoyed the range. It has a lot of nice features and it looks great in our kitchen. The oven has been malfunctioning over the last week and only ignites intermittently. We have had evenings where the oven will not light at all, so this has interfered with our ability to make dinner at times and has been inconvenient. We are awaiting service on it. If it would work all the time, I would rate it 5/5.

Oven failed to launch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new unit failed during first use. Tech said gas regulator circuit board failed due to heat. It’s an oven! You’d think someone should have considered that during the design process?
