[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second range, this replaced a new range that had defective oven. The new range has defective simmer burner/gas valve that needs repair. Two in a row defective ranges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stove, the reason for the low rating is the directions suck! We had to switch the orfic ourselves and we had to pull up YouTube in order to complete the task. Because we had to switch from natural gas to propane. This should be something that the KitchenAid people should have done. Not the consumer.

Ignition of burners takes too log. Gas builds up then a blow up when lighting. Convection Oven has not worked from day one. Oven comes on but fan does not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horribly Dissapointed! Can’t cook or bake!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a brand new Logan home on Nov. 29th and have yet to be able to cook or bake a single item as the brand new kitchenaid range oven won’t preheat. I was finally able to get a repairman here through Logan warranties on Jan. 3rd and he said that two parts need to be ordered!

Don’t buy the range

Never buy this product. I bought one three years ago and the oven already stopped working so as one of the igniter. When I called the kitchenaid for support, they send me technician on my own expense and the technician said they got over 100 calls regarding the exact same issue which is the control panel needs replacement. He said it’s def manufacturer defect but nothing has been done about it from kitchenaid. Keep in mind I was told by the technician they sent me. I just expect to receive premium product when I pay premium. Was disappointed that kitchen aid didn’t want to help with it instead they told me they will offer me 20% off so I can buy new range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could Use Some Fine Tuning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great except for the lower burner settings. One burner has a simmer option. All other burners deliver too much heat on the lowest setting. In fact there doesn't seem to be a really meaningful difference between the high and low settings. The one duel burner is fine but the other four burners need to be able to go lower. As for the oven, I only used it twice, but it seems to work well. It preheats quickly and the temperature control seems spot on. I'd like to use the convection sometime; however there is scant information from you about how and when to use that function.
