Great oven, HORRIBLY LOW VOLUME TIMER
on January 10, 2026

Great over. Love the look and it seems to function well. Major issue is that nearly every day my wife complains that she can’t hear the timer. It’s a single alert, few short beeps and that it. If you are are out of the kitchen you’ll never know it went off. Volume setting makes no difference. Other comments online complain about this. Horrible design element.

KNOB ISSUE

We have had this range less than 5 years and the knobs are peeling apart resulting in a sharp hazardous unusable knob! So far no luck getting any assistance with this issue.

Boil Over Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was part of my new house package. If water boils over you have to take the burner apart to make it work again.

Aqualift Self Clean system is horrible!
on January 21, 2026

We bought this dual fuel range roughly 8 months ago. We do love the dual fuel and the look of this range but it’s the aqualift system that is a MAJOR disappointment! I recently went to clean my oven for the first time and am kicking myself for not paying attention to what aqualift really meant. It literally does nothing. I still had to use EasyOff to get it clean. I really hate scrubbing ovens and am seriously thinking about replacing it already.

The Steam Clean feature is specifically engineered to address light soil and recent spills on the bottom surface of your oven cavity. For optimal results and to prevent difficult cleaning later, it is strongly recommended that you utilize the Steam Clean feature as soon as possible after any spills occur. The longer food particles or grease are allowed to sit and dry within the oven, the more challenging their subsequent removal will become.

Crucial Safety and Operational Requirements:
Temperature Check: Before initiating the Steam Clean cycle, the range must be completely cool, at or near room temperature. If the oven cavity temperature is above 170°F (77°C), the control display will show the message “HOT,” and the Steam Clean feature will be deactivated until the oven has adequately cooled down.
Additive Warning: IMPORTANT: Do not, under any circumstances, use commercial oven cleaners, scouring powders, or any other chemical additives or cleaning agents in conjunction with the Steam Clean feature. This process is designed to work solely with water.
Step-by-Step Steam Cleaning Procedure:
Preparation: Open the oven door and completely remove all internal items. This includes all oven racks, baking trays, broiler pans, and any other accessories. These items should be cleaned separately or stored outside the cavity during the Steam Clean cycle.
Water Application: For the most effective cleaning action, carefully pour exactly 12 ounces (355 mL) of distilled or filtered water directly onto the center of the oven cavity bottom. Using distilled or filtered water is advised to minimize mineral buildup and water spots inside the oven.
Initiating the Cycle: Close the oven door firmly. Select the Steam Clean feature on your range's control panel.
Cycle Duration and Completion: The entire Steam Clean cycle is pre-set and will run for a total of 50 minutes. Upon the successful completion of the cleaning process, the display will show the message “End.”
Safety During Operation: IMPORTANT: Since the water on the oven bottom will reach a high temperature during the cycle, it is critical for safety and cleaning efficacy that you do not open the oven door while the Steam Clean cycle is actively running.
Cancellation: If you need to stop the cycle prematurely for any reason, press the Cancel keypad at any time. Once the cycle is canceled or completed, the oven display will automatically return to the current time of day.
Post-Cycle Cleanup (After Cooling): Once the cycle is finished and the oven has cooled sufficiently, wipe up the remaining water and loosened soil with a soft cloth or sponge. For stubborn spots, a gentle scrubbing pad can be used.
