[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been unable to use the oven broiler— when I turn it on, it only stays on/lit for about 5 minutes and then shuts off. Also, the self-clean oven cycle does not work—have tried to self clean cycle twice, but the oven is not clean!

Great stove with a couple of small flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! The only complaint I have is there’s only 1 beep when the timer goes off. Also the front where the buttons are is not easy to keep clean and there’s no way to lock the buttons so you don’t push them when cleaning. I love the easy self clean and the convection cooking. Overall I really do like this stove.

It is not perfect! But so far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven works great. The five burners are a nice touch but the flames are high even on simmer or low. What I am not happy with is the fact that there is not a lip attached to the sides so there isn’t a gap between counter and stove. I purchased the kit and am not loving the look and it is not a perfect fit. My previous slide in Superba model had it manufactured in.

Disappointing 2 years

I’ve had this range for 2 years as part of a total kitchen refresh. As recommended, I kept giving myself time to adjust to using a different appliance, but I’m done with it. I did a lot of research before selecting this model. I really wanted a gas range with no wifi tools or other electronic gadgets. The positives: it’s good-looking, I love cooking with the stove top burners, and it’s overall very easy to clean. The negative: an unreliable oven. It often makes a loud, whining, rattling sound (like a ‘72 Pontiac) while cooling down, occasional squeaking or whistling sounds while preheating, the convection has never worked correctly, and it cooks very unevenly - I have tested it with an oven thermometer in different areas of the oven. Most recently the uneven cooking was evidenced by baking multiple potatoes of the same size. Some were burned on the bottom (cooked directly on rack) and others weren’t quite done. Yesterday was Thanksgiving, and the oven igniter would continue clicking with no ignition, pause for a bit, then attempt ignition again. This happened multiple times throughout the baking cycle and the kitchen smelled of gas, so now it appears the igniter needs replacing. I had such high hopes, but I have been disappointed with the oven performance since day one. I think I got a lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this new KitchenAid gas range a few months back to replace my Whirlpool gas range. Love it! Easy gas knob controls. Easy to read. Cast iron grate is very secure with pots of all sizes. Loved the hinged grate on the whirlpool, as the KitchenAid does not have that feature. Not a super big inconvenience. Great aesthetics with stainless steel and black color scheme.
