Not sure if this was the right choice for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fingerprints on the range as well as cooking splatter on stove are hard to remove. The digital settings are very sensitive, barely even touch it and something ends up turning on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a repair man out twice to try and fix a problem with the oven. The preheat alarm goes off before the oven is completely heated and you have to set the temperature at 320 to maintain a 350 temperature in the oven. I've been told that the temperature should cycle up and down and if I were to set the temperature at 350 it is normal for it run hotter and it will cycle down. I've used a temperature gauge and the temperature does not cool down ...it runs about about 30 degrees hotter than the set temperature.
The repair man has recalibrated the oven twice and it still does not operate right. I will be placing another call for repairs and I'll have to see if this is fixable. I am very unhappy with this product as it stands as it has been very difficult to use.

Mixed emotions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought all new Kitchen Aid appliances about a month ago.....I like the heat produced...black surface around burners have to be shined each day....there is a spot that will not come off inbetween the back two burners....it's a dull circle about the size of a quarter.....the rest is shiny so to me it's very noticable. Also the finish inside the oven is coming off....about 8 places the biggest about an inch across....it is being looked at next week by a repair company.....overall I like the range but not the upkeep. The option to upload pictures wasn't there.

Okay features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I had Kitchen Aid electric range in my previous home. I like a gas range, however, I didn't like the oven cleaning method in my old oven and now I have it again!! That cleaning method has to be repeated more that twice to get the oven clean.
