Oven temperature is not working correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven doesn’t get to temperature set for it. We placed a thermometer inside to verify what temperature it is when preheating is done. We have to increase the heat setting by 50-75 degrees.

Some recommendations to consider

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are generally happy with this range. We like the knobs, burner power, and wide generous oven door window. We like the overall general appearance. We rated a 4 out of 5 mostly because we find the numbers on the control panel to be on the smallish side, wish they were bigger, easier to see. We are still leaning how to use all the features, especially how to use convection method which we have not used in the past. We got our hands on a print out of the controls explanation, from customer service, because one did not come with the range. It was not easy to contact customer service by phone to request this. Response finally came via a email request thankfully. Once we got this, it helped us read and understand how the range is to be used. We learned frustratingly that the owners manual did not come with sufficient operating instructions.

Not a Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My range does not heat as quickly as my old Kitchen Aid did and food takes longer too cook. But the worst part is it has a continuous smell of gas . The gas company has checked for leaks but there aren’t any it’s just the stove. Would not buy this stove again.

Beautiful looking gas stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our gas stove. We switched from electric and couldn’t be happier. Although one of the front footings broke because it’s plastic it doesn’t affect anything. I’d still like to get it replaced at some point. We’re cooking with gas baby!!!
